The Futuresoccer leagues operate Monday to Thursday from 6.45pm to 10pm,
and Saturday to Sunday 9am to 4pm. Each league season will last for 18
weeks (may change depending on league sizes), and will run continually
all year round. League places are limited so please do not delay in registering
your team.
Our leagues are affiliated to the Essex County Football Association
and all of our referees are appropriately qualified. Each league will
normally consist of 9 teams, with a full promotion and relegation system
in place, plus superb prizes for the winners. Each team plays once a week,
with each match 40 minutes in duration.
League games will be played on the same day each week (kick off times
may vary) and each team will be given a full fixture list prior to the
start of each season.
A maximum of 15 players may be registered per team at the start of each
season, however only 8 of these can be named in a match day squad. All
players must wear shinpads in order to play, and no studded, moulded or
bladed football boots are allowed.
Futuresoccer operate a strictly zero tolerance policy with regards
to physical and verbal abuse of futuresoccer staff, referees, opposing
players and supporters. Any person or persons found to be in breach of
our codes of conduct will be immediately disqualified from further participation
in our leagues and their team may face permanant exclusion.
Our pitches meet the necessary requirements of five-a-side football as
set out by the FA and the playing rules of Futuresoccer are in line with
those of the FA for ‘small-sided football’.
Full details of the league rules and regulations are available, and will also be issued to each team at registration.
