We are currently taking entries for our leagues - you can register online in this section. The registration fee is a seasonal cost to ensure each team is entered into a league and affiliated to the Essex County FA. The deposit is taken to ensure teams turn up for their fixtures, acting as one weeks leagues fees taken in advance – it virtually ensures teams have a fixture to play every week and reduces friendlies. The deposit is fully refundable at the end of each season, providing a team has fulfilled all of its fixtures.

The registration fee and deposit must be paid prior to the start of a new season, failure to do so may result in a team being removed from a league.

A postponement procedure is in place, whereby each team is allowed to postpone one match per season, without forfeiting their deposit. This must be done with a minimum of 24 hours notice, and the match must be replayed within the corresponding season. If a team does not turn up for a fixture and has not followed the postponement procedure, they will lose their deposit. If this is not repaid within 48 hours of the fixture the team may lose their place in the league.
